About Us

One Movement began as GoStretch, with a simple belief: Helping people move better should go beyond simply making them feel better.

Over the years, as we worked with people from different backgrounds, lifestyles and physical demands, we began to recognise a recurring gap in the way recovery was approached.

Not everyone who feels discomfort has a tightness problem. Not every body needs more stretching, endless muscle release, or another temporary solution.

We realised that before deciding what the body needs, we first need to understand the body itself.

This led us to develop a structured recovery system built around detailed movement assessment, progressive phases and continuous reassessment, allowing us to identify movement limitations, understand how the body is compensating, and determine what each individual actually requires at every stage of their recovery.,

This is where One Movement comes in.

We exist to bridge the gap between temporary relief and long-term recovery bringing together comprehensive assessment, hands-on mobility work, movement and prehab coaching into one structured system.

Our approach is not about simply giving you what you think you need.

It is about discovering what your body requires.

Our professionals are committed to continuously developing our knowledge, skills and techniques, staying curious and evolving our approach as we learn more about movement, recovery and human performance.

Because every body is different. Every lifestyle places different demands on the body. And every recovery journey requires a different approach.

Our goal is therefore not simply to help you feel better today.

It is to help you understand your body, restore how it moves, build the capacity it needs, and progress from recovery to performance with confidence.

At One Movement, we believe the best recovery is not about endlessly chasing relief.

It is about giving you the knowledge, movement and resilience to build a body you can rely on for the long term.
